This picture came to be because on a website I go to, my avatar currently is dressed like Canada and I found someone whose was dressed like Japan. < u >

Basically I posted in their thread and it turned into a mini RP involving Canada and a slightly drunk Japan and it ended with Japan sprawled on Canada and drooling on his shoulder. > u >

Let's see...I did the drawing and coloring in Paint Tool SAI and I made it transparent in Photoshop.
